Ted is the founder of TEAM Equipment Leasing, Inc., which started
in 1997. Ted has been active in the equipment leasing industry
since 1987. He is specifically focused on national vendor programs.
He named the company "TEAM" for 2 reasons: First, to
accomplish a work environment that allows all members to empower
their strengths toward sound business development. Second, to
build strategic relationships with vendors. Ted is also the founder
of T&C Leasing, which is a funder for C-credit lease transactions.
T&C Leasing and TEAM's funders provide vendors with a much
broader credit window to approve A, B and C credit customers.
This business practice often gives TEAM a competitive market advantage
to win vendor business. Ted and his wife, Cathy, are blessed with
two sets of twin boys. He enjoys coaching his kids, golfing, hunting,
fishing, and vacationing with his family.
Chuck
McCormick - General Manager /VP of Sales

A six year veteran of TEAM Equipment Leasing, Chuck has proven to be an invaluable asset to the company. He started his career interning for a lease company who specialized in mid-market/commercial transactions ranging from $150,00 to $10 million. Chuck then signed on with TEAM and began his career focusing on small ticket transactions associated with vendor programs, and has now mastered all aspects of documentation, credit and lessee management. Currently serving as TEAM's General Manager and VP of Sales, Chuck manages the daily operations of TEAM's lessee and vendor programs. Chuck holds a BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Stuesser - CFO

Mr. Stuesser has a strong analytical approach with insightful problem-solving skills that he gained from his more than 15 years of successful general & financial management in a variety of business sectors ranging from high-tech to the educational field. This prior experience and skill set make him ideal for the company's creative approach to approving credit. Away from work, Mr. Stuesser spends time with his family and pursuing various outdoor activities. He is a native Texan and graduated from St. Edwards University with a BBA in Management.
